At Alpha A.C.E. we believe that the

follow the Project Delivery Sheet (PDS) to assist in ensuring that the
decisions made are at the right time and based on the best information
available. This in turn contributes to the project being achieved on
time and within budget.
For each project, a Project Manager will be appointed for
co-coordinating the engineering disciplines, suppliers and contractors
from the start to completion and hand over of the project. The roles and
responsibilities between Alpha A.C.E
and our clients are clarified before the commencement of the project
helping to make the collaboration efficient and cost-effective.
